Surrounded by the heritage 5 Gardens of Mumbai a 2200 sq. ft. apartment with stunning views by Gaurang Jawle and Associates

Gaurang Jawle and Associates celebrates the client’s love for luxe and elegance. This 2200 sq. ft. apartment with stunning views spanning across the heart of Mumbai is seamlessly rendered with a pastel grey, beige and brown palette. Highlighted with wainscot panels and moulds on walls and cornices on the ceiling, this house is a perfect blend of classic contemporary style.

The full height veneer and mirror claddings welcome you in the grand lift lobby. The dispatch seat and the mirror backdrop form an interesting corner next to the main entrance

The squarish living room spans over 500 sq. ft. has sufficient seating space with an interesting backdrop. The full height tile cladding with brass inlays behind the TV forms the focal point of this room.

The deep grey textured wallpaper provides a striking contrast to the overall wall composition. The loose chairs, poofs and nest of centre tables offer flexibility in the arrangement

The living room leads to a 100 sq. ft. deck overlooking the lush green 5 Gardens and the Mumbai skyline.

The concealed cabinet bar is flushed with the passage leading towards the bedrooms

The laser cut metal jail and the oversized ornate chandelier forms a beautiful backdrop to the glorious Ganesh Idol carved out of a single marble weighing over half a ton

The partially see through glass partition connects the compact kitchen with the dining area offering privacy when required

The full height tinted mirror binded within an antique gold ornate frame doubles up the dining area overlooking the skyline.

The monochromatic palette binds the master bedroom in shades of grey, white and black with streaks of brass gold through furniture. The island bed allows an access to both the balconies overlooking the stunning views.

The mint green Victorian high headboard compliments the pastel grey walls with wainscot moulds for the Kid’s room. Partly glazed concealed sliding doors lead into a walk in wardrobe cum dressing area leaving the main bed area vacant for the occupant to play around.

The assorted niches and storages form a compact yet efficient study area. Cane cladded shutters and drawers add to the playfulness

A combination of fluted panels and textured grey wallpaper form a perfect backdrop to the striking tan leather headboard. The vanity counter doubles up as an activity desk in the bedroom.
